- Hydrate Dried Porcini Mushrooms 50g around 15-20 minutes (in hot water)
- Heat butter in a pan, add the chopped shallots and garlic
- After 4-5 minutes add Porcini stirring regularly with a wooden spatula
- Season with salt pepper, porcini powder, add the parsley, and 200 ml of Veggies Stock - bring to boil
- Incorporate 200 ml of liquid cream, bring to a simmer, cover and cook for 15 min
