50g Dried Premium Porcini Mushrooms
2 Onions
2 Garlic Cloves
Gnocchi (Gluten-free Optional)
Oat Milk
Porcini Powder, Salt, Pepper, Basilikum

Steps
Hydrate 50g Dried Porcini Mushrooms in hot water (cover the mushrooms). Let it stay for 20 minutes. Put Gnocchi in boiled water for 2-3 minutes. Cut 2 onions and fry for a couple of minutes (season with Porcini Powder). After 5-6 minutes add mushrooms and liquid from the mushrooms. Cook it over medium heat over 5-6 minutes. Add gnocchi and 2 garlic cloves - cook for another 5 minutes (add a bit of oat milk). Season with pepper and salt, basilikum, porcini powder and leave for another 10 minutes. Serve warm with Pamako Blend on the top and enjoy! It's so delicious and healthy ;)
